Convex CRV (cvxCRV) is a tokenized form of veCRV (vote-escrowed CRV) within the Convex Finance ecosystem. It allows users to receive the benefits of veCRV, such as administrative fees from the Curve protocol and rewards from the Convex protocol, while maintaining liquidity. By staking CRV on Convex, users receive cvxCRV, which represents their share of the underlying locked CRV and its associated voting power and yield.
