Wrapped ETC (WETC) is a tokenized ERC-20 version of Ethereum Classic (ETC), designed to enable the native ETC currency to be used within decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, such as HebeSwap and ETC Swap. As a wrapped asset, it maintains a 1:1 peg to the value of ETC, allowing users to swap it with other tokens on the Ethereum Classic blockchain and other supported networks like Callisto.
