About Governance Algo
gALGO (Governance ALGO) is a liquid staking token and wrapped version of ALGO minted by Folks Finance. It allows users to participate in the Algorand Foundation's governance program while maintaining liquidity. Each gALGO is minted at a one-to-one ratio with ALGO and can be burned to reclaim the underlying ALGO at the end of each governance period.
