xALGO is the primary liquid staking token on the Algorand blockchain, issued by Folks Finance. It represents staked ALGO, allowing users to earn Algorand Consensus Rewards while maintaining liquidity within the DeFi ecosystem. As rewards accumulate, xALGO appreciates in value relative to ALGO and can be used as collateral, traded, or borrowed against. Additionally, a fully collateralized wrapped version of xALGO exists on the Solana network, facilitated by Glitter Finance, to enable cross-chain interaction and yield optimization.
