About USD CoinVertible
USD CoinVertible (USDCV) is a regulated, fiat-backed stablecoin issued by SG-FORGE, the digital asset subsidiary of French banking giant Société Générale. Pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar, USDCV is an electronic-money token (EMT) fully compliant with the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation. The asset is designed to bridge traditional finance with blockchain ecosystems, enabling 24/7 on-chain settlement, cross-border payments, and institutional cash management. It is deployed on both the Ethereum and Solana blockchains, with reserves held in segregated accounts by independent custodians such as BNY Mellon.
