About Meteora
MET is the governance and utility token for Meteora, a dynamic liquidity protocol and decentralized exchange (DEX) built on the Solana blockchain. Meteora features a Dynamic Liquidity Market Maker (DLMM) system for concentrated liquidity, designed to optimize token trading and sustainable liquidity infrastructure. Formerly known as Mercurial Finance, the project rebranded to focus on dynamic liquidity pools and automated market making. The MET token is used for protocol governance, airdrop rewards, and incentivizing liquidity provision through various staking mechanisms within the Solana ecosystem.
