Trust Wallet Token (TWT) is a utility and governance token designed to enhance the user experience within the Trust Wallet ecosystem. It provides holders with a range of incentives, including discounts on in-app cryptocurrency purchases and decentralized exchange (DEX) services. As a governance token, TWT allows users to participate in decision-making processes regarding new blockchain support, token listings, and product features. The token also serves as a mechanism for affiliate rewards, bounty programs, and user reputation (vouching) within the app. While it was originally launched as a BEP-2 asset on Binance Chain, it currently operates as a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain and is also available on other networks like Energi.
