About Apertum
APTM is the native utility and governance token of the Apertum blockchain, a high-performance Layer 1 network built as an EVM-compatible subnet on Avalanche. The token is used to pay for transaction fees, reward validators, and facilitate decentralized governance through the Apertum DAO. APTM features a deflationary model where a portion of transaction fees are burned to manage the total supply, which is capped at 2.1 billion tokens. The network supports scalable decentralized applications (dApps) across finance, gaming, and social sectors while leveraging the Avalanche consensus protocol for high throughput and low-latency finality.
