About ARPA Network
ARPA is a decentralized secure computation network designed to enhance the fairness, security, and privacy of blockchains. Originally known as ARPA Chain, the network utilizes threshold BLS signature schemes (TSS-BLS) to provide infrastructure for verifiable Random Number Generators (RNG), secure wallets, cross-chain bridges, and decentralized custody. Its primary utility token, ARPA, is used to power the network's privacy-preserving multi-party computation (MPC) and scaling solutions. The network's first major application, Randcast, provides tamper-proof randomness for use cases such as gaming, NFT minting, and blockchain validator distribution.
