About AVAIL
AVAIL is the native utility and governance token of the Avail ecosystem, a modular blockchain infrastructure designed to unify the onchain economy. The asset powers a two-layer architecture: Avail DA, a high-throughput data availability layer that uses KZG polynomial commitments and data availability sampling (DAS) to scale rollups, and Avail Nexus, a multichain infrastructure layer that facilitates cross-chain routing and liquidity unification. Within this ecosystem, the token is used to secure the network through staking, pay for data availability services, and participate in protocol governance.
