About Liquity USD
LUSD is a fully redeemable, USD-pegged stablecoin issued by the Liquity Protocol. As a decentralized borrowing protocol, Liquity allows users to draw 0% interest loans against Ether collateral, with loans paid out in LUSD. The asset is secured by a Stability Pool and a collective liquidation mechanism, maintaining a minimum collateral ratio of 110%. LUSD is an ERC-20 token that operates within a non-custodial, immutable, and governance-free ecosystem.
