About Harmony
Harmony (ONE) is the native protocol token of the Harmony network, a scalable, high-throughput Layer 1 blockchain. The ONE token is used to secure the network through Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus, where it is staked by validators to earn block rewards. It also serves as the primary currency for transaction fees (gas), storage fees, and on-chain governance voting, incentivizing developers, validators, and community members within the ecosystem.
