About VENOM
VENOM is the native utility and governance token of the Venom network, a multi-layer blockchain infrastructure featuring a unique Layer-0 and Layer-1 architecture. As a non-EVM blockchain, Venom utilizes a Threaded Virtual Machine (TVM) and dynamic sharding to achieve high throughput exceeding 100,000 TPS. The VENOM token is central to the network's Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism and is used for staking to secure the network, paying transaction fees, and participating in ecosystem governance. The infrastructure is designed to support industrial-scale applications including Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), stablecoins, and Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization via its proprietary Mesh technology.
