About Wrapped Polkadot
WDOT is a wrapped version of Polkadot (DOT), designed to enable the native Polkadot asset to be used across different blockchain ecosystems, including Astar and Ethereum. As a wrapped token, it maintains a value pegged to DOT while providing interoperability for decentralized finance (DeFi) applications, cross-chain transfers, and trading on platforms where the native DOT token is not directly supported.
