Wrapped ICP (WICP) is a wrapped version of the Internet Computer's native token, ICP, designed to enhance composability and interoperability within the ecosystem. Each WICP is backed 1:1 with ICP and utilizes the DIP20 fungible token standard, allowing it to be easily integrated into decentralized applications (dApps) and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols on the Internet Computer.
