About Wrapped THETA
wTHETA is a wrapped version of THETA, the governance token of the Theta Network. Theta Network is a decentralized blockchain infrastructure designed for media and entertainment, enabling video platforms to reduce content delivery costs while rewarding users for sharing bandwidth and storage. As the governance token, THETA is used for staking as a Validator or Guardian node and participating in protocol governance, while its dual-token counterpart, Theta Fuel (TFUEL), serves as the operational token for transactions and smart contracts.
