About OpenEden TBILL
OpenEden TBILL is a yield-bearing, prospectus-based token backed by short-term U.S. Treasury Bills. Issued by Hill Lights International (HLI) and managed by a MAS-regulated investment manager, TBILL provides accredited investors with on-chain exposure to the U.S. risk-free rate. The token is an EIP-20 compliant representation of stablecoin balances supplied to the OpenEden TBILL Vault, where underlying assets are held in segregated, bankruptcy-remote accounts. It is designed for use as collateral or as a liquid, cash-redeemable asset within the DeFi ecosystem. Access to TBILL is restricted to whitelisted wallets of accredited investors who have undergone mandatory KYC and AML screening.
